These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at pelania.com (the "Site"), operated by Pelania, Inc. ("Pelania", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site is informational
The Site is a pre-launch, informational website. It describes a product that is under development. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer: features, plans, pricing, and timelines described here may change or may never become available. Descriptions of how the product is intended to work are forward-looking statements about a product in progress, not representations about a currently available service.
2. Permitted use
You may browse the Site and share links to it. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, probing or testing its security without permission, scraping it at abusive volume, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pelania, Inc. and its officers, directors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
