Pelania, Inc. ("Pelania", "we", "us") operates the website at pelania.com. This site is a pre-launch marketing site: it describes a product we are building and gives you a way to reach us by email. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic to the site. It is a privacy-friendly analytics tool: it does not use cookies, does not use localStorage or any client-side state, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track visitors across other websites. What we see is aggregate information such as page views, referring sites, country, and browser type. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.

Email correspondence. If you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any name or details you choose to include. Nothing is collected unless you write to us.

Server logs. Like nearly every website, the infrastructure that serves this site may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and requested URL) for security and reliability purposes.

What we do not collect

• No cookies set by us, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.
• No advertising pixels or third-party marketing trackers.
• No account registration, and no forms that collect personal data.
• No payment information. The site does not sell anything.

How we use information

We use aggregate analytics to understand which pages people visit and where interest in Pelania is coming from, which helps us plan the product and its launch. We use email correspondence to respond to you: answering questions, following up on early access requests, and continuing conversations you started. That is the full list.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information may pass through the service providers that run our infrastructure, such as Cloudflare (site delivery and analytics) and our email hosting provider, who process it on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Retention

Analytics data exists only in aggregate form. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the conversation you started with us, for example so we can follow up when early access opens. If you would like an email thread deleted, ask and we will delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

Because the site collects so little, your main choice is simple: whether or not to email us. If you have written to us, you can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor valid requests regardless of where you are located.

Children

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, for example when the product itself launches, we will update this policy and change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted clearly on the site.
